Use : Let the oil sit overnight, and apply it before going to bed in the evening. It serves two purposes when used at night. As well as warming the body, the bedding helps the oils penetrate more deeply. Secondly, health treatments are most effective when performed during sleep. If necessary, cleanse the area beforehand with a mild exfoliating scrub before applying the oil. Use a circular motion when applying the oil?cotton swabs to remove excess fat from oily skin.
